UAE

With RMSI headquarters in the U.A.E., we are strategically located in a geographic hub, where we base the majority of our air ambulance medical charter flight capabilities and provide location specific administrative support to personnel in the field.

RMSI utilize Hawker 800 Jets staffed by internationally certified medical personnel with extensive training and experience in flight medicine, trauma and critical care. Our Air ambulance services are available 24hrs for retrievals throughout the greater Middle East, Central Asia, Africa and where required, any other global location. In addition, RMSI have established partnerships with international hospitals located in the countries where we operate, which are invaluable to ensure quality patient care and advocacy throughout our operations. RMSI clinical staff based in the UAE, are also available for commercial flight escorts to any international destination.

 

AFGHANISTAN

RMSI medical operations were initiated in Afghanistan. Over the course of its operations, our company has performed hundreds of medical evacuations from and within Afghanistan. Patients have been evacuated to locations with access to first world medical facilities where care has continued, including the UAE, India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Nepal, the US and the EU.

It is a matter of fact that international entities operating in remote or hostile areas require access to medivac and a variety of remote medical services. Access to medical services is not just another ‘tick in the box’ ; it is a necessity that allows organizations to implement and achieve their project objectives, and provide peace of mind that appropriate response mechanisms are in place negating certain risks to which their staff are exposed.

IRAQ

RMSI is an Emergency Medical Services contractor for the US Government - Department of Defense in Iraq. In addition to the provision of first world ambulance and major incident response, RMSI provides curative and preventative care and training to both civilians and the US military.

RMSI aero-medical capabilities enable us to respond to emergency medical needs of non-military contractors based in Iraq. RMSI is the preferred provider of an expanding network of international medical assistance and insurance companies, and therefore provides contracted emergency medical services for or on behalf of Clients subscribed to such companies in Iraq, and surrounding regions.

 

SUDAN

As with all RMSI operations, our on ground element creates the major difference between us and any other Air Ambulance or emergency medical flight operator.

In a conflict area with poor communications, daily changes in government regulations and constantly changing security variables, on-ground presence is essential in the provision of reliable medical evacuation services.

We are able to easily communicate with the client or treating hospital with RMSI English and Arabic speaking doctors, ensure ground ambulances are organised and allow our medical teams to clear immigration for Air Ambulance transfers allowing a true ‘bed to bed’ service in all regions across Sudan.
